commercial use license
1500% of commission cost

  • allows you to use commission commercially

  • i will send you the commission unwatermarked

rush commission
600% of commission cost

  • you will get the finished commission within 24 hours

TOS

tos applies to commissions and requests

  • you may not use my art for commercial use without a commercial use license

  • commercial use is not available for requests

  • i only accept payment through cashapp

  • the client must pay 100% upfront (a 50% upfront and 50% halfway through can be done for commissions purchased with a commercial use license and/or rush commissions)

  • if a commission is not a rush commission, it will take me 4-8 days to finish (if something comes up that extends that, you will be notified)

  • I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason without explanation

  • no refunds unless I as the artist cannot finish the commission

  • if you do not have a commercial license, you have to credit me

  • you may not under any circumstances claim the artwork as your own whether it has a commercial use license or not (as in claiming you drew/created the artwork itself)

  • final result will come with a small watermark of some sort unless a commercial license is purchased for the commission

  • i can post the commissioned or requested work wherever I want whether it has a commercial use license or not

  • i may sell prints of requested artworks (I will not make prints of commissions unless the commissioner says it's okay)

  • if you request an artwork or purchase a commission from me, I assume you agree to everything written here

  • I may add or change stuff in this tos without your knowledge

  • the ad will only be available on the comic (it should not be posted anywhere else)

  • since ads are to promote something only, I will determine how to draw the promotion/ad
